Mission

The power grid is at the center of national security, the economy, and the fight against climate change. The grid needs a massive overhaul and simultaneous build out of its hardware along with an evolution of its operating system. We’re building this new AI-powered OS for the grid, starting by automating technical analysis required to deploy renewable energy and large loads. We’re looking for talented people to join our team.

Role

As the Senior Operations Associate, you will be the right-hand person to our CEO and founder, directly contributing to Piq's daily operations and go-to-market execution. This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives on quickly improving + automating processes while getting things done. This is an excellent opportunity for an talented, motivated, early-career professional who wants to work in climate / energy, and learn what it takes to build and scale an early-stage AI-native startup. Your job is to continuously automate yourself out of a job as we scale.

Requirements

• Support the CEO Directly: Act as a key strategic and operational partner to the CEO and founder.
• Support Go-to-Market Execution: Directly contribute to and execute on go-to-market strategies and initiatives.
• Optimize Core Operations: Identify and automate as many core operational workflows as possible.
• Lead Critical Projects: Take ownership of and drive essential internal projects to successful completion.
• Track Key Performance: Monitor and report on critical metrics to inform decision-making.

What You'll Bring:

• 1-3 years of impressive, fast-paced experience in an operational or strategic role.
